What you will do
  • Conduct detailed reviews of case files to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Compile accurate audit reports that analyse and highlight missing information or gaps in children’s records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the Children, Families, and Education Directorate to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Produce well-researched reports, briefings, and other documents to support the Programme Manager’s objectives.
  • Support the delivery of transformation and improvement projects that are evidence-based and impactful.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and implement monitoring arrangements to ensure ongoing success.
