The Adult Community Care Team (Cowal) are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised person with good communication and interpersonal skills to work within our dedicated team. Ideally you will be able to provide high quality assessments and support to people in the local community using a person centred approach. You will be able to complete all tasks in a professional manner.

The successful candidate must have some previous experience working in Community Care Services and have an awareness of Care Management and Adult Protection procedures.
