Job summary

Oxford Saïd is seeking a Social Videographer to join the Digital, Insight and Performance team. You will plan, film and edit social-first videos that highlight people, ideas and impact across the School’s abundance of programmes, events and stories.

You will manage end-to-end video projects, ensuring high creative and technical quality, adapting content for diverse platforms, and collaborating with academics, senior stakeholders, students and external guests to deliver compelling social content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in professional video production and editing.
• Experience taking video projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Strong editing skills and experience with professional editing software such as Premiere Pro.
• Experience producing different types and lengths of video content.

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and produce high-quality video content for a wide range of purposes (faculty profiles, interviews, events, programmes, campaigns, student and alumni stories).
• Manage video projects end-to-end including pre-production, filming, sound, subtitling and post-production.
• Create engaging video content across short-form formats (shorts, reels) and graphics for social platforms.
• Collaborate with Central Marketing & Communications, designers and wider teams to storyboard and develop content.
• Protect and champion the Oxford Saïd brand with appropriate tone of voice and quality standards.
• Support performance and continuous improvement by monitoring engagement and reporting insights.
