Social Value Lead
Location: Oxford (within 1-hour commute) Hybrid, flexible up to 2 days on-site
Salary: £40,000 £50,000 DOE

This is a perfect opportunity for a driven, commercially-minded, impact-focused Social Value Lead looking for a challenge. You ll shape and deliver initiatives that create tangible social impact while embedding value through a commercial lens taking ownership from day one and making a real difference.

The Role

Act as the bridge between business and community, developing partnerships with schools, colleges, charities, and local organisations. Lead social value initiatives, embed frameworks into contracts, tenders, and growth plans, and champion strategy across the business ensuring measurable outcomes and commercial impact.
