Overview

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Social Value Coordinator to join our project team based in Southampton. As Social Value Coordinator, you'll be working within the construction team, supporting them by being the main link between Kier and our local communities, schools, colleges, and universities to ensure that our commitment to social value is evident.

What you will do

Your day to day will include:

• Representing Kier at various events such as careers fairs, community events, school engagements and industry events.
• Ensuring accurate data collection across the project and recording it via Thrive to achieve project KPI's.
• Collaborating with the project team to encourage strategic social value initiatives.
• Identifying strategic volunteering opportunities within the project area where we can enhance local environments and communities.
• Delivering and continually developing the Kier Social Value Plan.
