Position Purpose:

The Social Value Coordinator will coordinate Stericycle’s social value program across the UK & Ireland. Responsibilities include working with internal stakeholders to identify social value opportunities, managing requests for contributions and volunteering, and tracking progress against commitments and targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain social value trackers to record commitments and delivery, monitor progress, and ensure accuracy.
• Support report preparation on social value metrics for committees and stakeholders.
• Plan and execute social value initiatives within budget and time constraints.
• Evaluate requests for contributions and volunteering to ensure alignment with company values and needs.
• Collaborate with account managers and team members to identify local community opportunities.
• Assist bid teams with social value data for tenders.
• Promote awareness of social value initiatives internally and externally with Marketing & Communications.
• Handle social value contribution payments, including vendor setup and purchase orders.
• Lead meetings with social value champions to share updates and gather feedback.
• Support project administration and ensure compliance with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools for data tracking and reporting.
• Ability to build relationships within the business.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present data clearly and concisely.
• Polite, professional, and respectful demeanor.
• Limited travel may be required.
