Job description

The Sureserve Group of businesses provides market-leading compliance and energy services across the UK, with over 3,200 employees working from over 20 offices.

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. We are London’s largest, most successful gas contractor, focusing on long-term contracts with our clients to offer our staff job security and progression opportunities.

We are seeking a highly organised, passionate and proactive Social Value Coordinator to support delivery of contractual social value initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with our Strategy & Development Director and Client Relationship Manager to attend and implement agreed projects and drive initiatives that create a tangible impact. This an ideal role for candidates looking to make difference within communities.

Role

  • Co-ordinate and deliver social value activities for a range of clients
  • Monitor and report on outcomes using a social value measurement tool (training will be provided)
  • Attend monthly meetings to report on KPIs
  • Support community engagement activities and outreach programmes
  • Work alongside key internal stakeholders to achieve social value goals
  • General administrative support

The Successful Candidate will have

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Desired Skills

  • An understanding of social value in relation to the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Thrive Social Value portal or similar
  • Analytical ability to spot trends and viable opportunities
