Job summary

Wates Group is seeking a Social Value Advisor to drive social value initiatives across a major Leicestershire project and the MoJ framework. You will engage with schools, colleges, community groups and charities, identify employment and volunteering opportunities, and report on progress against targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in social value, CSR, ESG or stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of social value frameworks and measurement methodologies.

  • Experience working within construction, infrastructure or related sectors is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Job description

We are seeking a Social Value Advisor to support the delivery of a major construction project in Leicestershire while also contributing to the wider Ministry of Justice (MoJ) framework. The role will be responsible for driving social value initiatives across project and framework activities, ensuring commitments are achieved and delivering meaningful benefits for local communities, stakeholders, supply chain partners, and the wider justice estate.
