Ailsa Care Services is seeking a Social Support Worker to provide person-centred care to older adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas. You will help with daily activities, meals, light housekeeping, and companionship within a local community setting.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and offer structured shifts and a path to progression in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, meals, light housekeeping, and shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support independence and dignity in daily activities.
• Work across Falkirk, Bo’ness and Grangemouth areas.
