Job summary

Ailsa Care Services in Falkirk and Stirling is hiring a Children and Young Adults Support Worker. You will provide person-centred care to Children and Young Adults in their homes and community, helping them regain independence and participate in daily activities.

Typical duties include personal care, meal prep, light housework, social visits, and companionship. Full training is provided; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• Travel requirements: full UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance are required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Salary

£13.45 per hour, plus paid Mileage. Additional benefits include Employer pension scheme, Consistent shift patterns and Weekly Pay.

About the Role

As a Children and young adults support worker, you will provide person-centred care to Children and Young Adults across Falkirk and surrounding areas helping them regain independence in their own homes and in the community.

• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For
