This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and strategic thinker to take the lead in shaping the future of social media at Very. As Social Strategy Lead, you’ll be responsible for setting the strategic direction for our organic social and influencer channels, ensuring that our content is not only engaging and relevant but also rooted in customer insight, cultural trends, and performance data.
You’ll work closely with brand, marketing, category, and VMG teams to deliver best-in-class social storytelling that builds brand equity, drives engagement, and aligns with our broader business goals. From turning insights into actionable briefs to championing social-first thinking across the business, you’ll play a key role in establishing Very as a lifestyle brand.

You can expect a one-stage interview process for this position:
1st stage- An informal 30 minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd stage - A one-hour formal task based interview. This will be held in-person at our London office.
