Job Description:

A well-regarded secondary school in Tower Hamlets, East London is seeking a Social Sciences Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time, term-time only basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a strong academic background in Social Sciences and a passion for working with young people. Ideal for aspiring teachers looking to gain in-school experience before applying for teacher training.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of engaging lessons across the Social Sciences department (e.g. Sociology, Psychology, Politics)

Assist individual students and small groups to enhance learning outcomes
