Role - Social Sciences Teachers

Location - Medway

Start Date - September 2025

Hours - Full time

Salary - 31,650 - 49,084 depending on experience

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a range of secondary school in the Medway area who are looking to recruit outstanding Social Sciences Teachers for a September start - full time. The ideal candidates will have experience of teaching Social Sciences across KS3 and KS4 within a secondary school setting.

The role:

• Plan and deliver Social Sciences lessons across KS3 and KS4 year groups
• Monitor progress and provide additional support to ensure every student achieves their full potential
• Liaise closely with the Social Sciences Departments, attending meetings and CPD training when required

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience of teaching across KS3 and KS4 students within a secondary setting
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Social Sciences
• Legal Right to Work in the UK
• Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
