Social Sciences Teacher (Humanities, Psychology, Sociology & More)

An "Outstanding" Secondary School in Northampton is seeking a Social Science Teacher (Humanities, Psychology, Sociology & More) for a September 2025 start. This is a permanent, full-time position.

The Head Teacher is looking to appoint a hardworking, driven, and flexible Social Sciences Teacher capable of teaching several subjects, potentially across KS3-5.

The preferred subjects include:

  • Humanities - History or Geography
  • RE
  • Citizenship
  • PSHE
  • Sociology
  • Psychology

This opportunity is open to both experienced and recently qualified Social Science Teachers. Experienced teachers may have the chance to gain a TLR, potentially as a KS4 or KS5 Coordinator or in a pastoral role. Newly qualified teachers will receive a bespoke induction program along with additional CPD and training.
