Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Social Sciences Teacher to join a dynamic and high-achieving secondary school in Leicester from September. This is a full-time, permanent position teaching a combination of Sociology, Psychology, or Criminology at KS4 and KS5.

The Role:

The successful candidate will:

  • Teach Social Science subjects (Sociology, Psychology, or Criminology) across GCSE and A-Level.

  • Create engaging, inclusive, and challenging lessons that inspire students to think critically.

  • Monitor student progress and provide tailored support to help all learners reach their potential.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the department and school, including curriculum planning and enrichment activities.
