Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Social Science Teacher eager to inspire students at KS4 and KS5? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic school in Leicester, starting in April. This full-time, temporary role offers you the chance to teach a variety of social science subjects, including Sociology, Criminology, and Psychology, while making a real difference in students' academic journeys.

About the Role:

  • Position: Social Science Teacher
  • Teaching Subjects: Social Science to KS4 (GCSE) and KS5 (A-Level), including Sociology, Criminology, and Psychology
  • Start Date: April 2025
  • Contract: Full-time, Temporary
  • Salary: Competitive, paid to scale (MPS/UPS)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons in Social Science subjects (Sociology, Criminology, Psychology) for both KS4 and KS5 students.
  • Provide support and guidance to students to help them achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and enhance the Social Science curriculum.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
