Responsibilities:
- Edit video content quickly and effectively, tailoring for different platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate cross-divisional to align messaging and creative direction.
- Have flexibility regarding work location, with regular shoots on location.
- Develop and execute creative content ideas aligned with brand and strategy.
- Produce high-quality photo, video, and written content.
- Stay ahead of social trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep content relevant.
- Edit and optimize content for various platforms, including short-form videos.
- Work collaboratively with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute organic campaigns and support broader paid campaigns.
- Plan, shoot, and edit social-first video content, understanding best practices.
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
Ideals:
- Minimum 3+ years of editing experience, ideally in broadcast, agency, or branded content.
- Skilled in design (Adobe Suite) and editing (Premiere Pro or similar), with a keen eye for visual craft and brand tone.
- Capable of executing existing creative concepts flawlessly, including leading pre-production for shoots and managing timelines.
- Able to turn trends into branded moments.
- Social-native, with an instinct for content that resonates on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Proven experience in social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of different social platforms and audience behavior.
- Creative mindset with storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Deep familiarity with social media trends and audience insights.
