Job Description :

Social Media Support Agent (English only)

We have some new Media Expert opportunities focused on helping new Creators build their followings, maximize the use of their platforms, and engage more effectively with their audiences. This is an education-based relationship, with a chance to help a wide range of Creators.

What would your day-to-day look like?

The Media Expert will be a primary point of contact for our strategic partners (Creators) and will maintain strong direct relationships with key partners in the social media entertainment space. They will provide creative and operational support to managed partners, looking to grow their brands.

  • Educate partners (Creators) on Social Media platforms and technology
  • Consult on strategy & help to optimize partners' objectives on social media.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and current trends to managed partners
  • Present and promote relevant solutions to existing and new partners that will enable them to reach their goals
  • Manage an existing book of business and service accounts through text, phone, and email outreach to new and legacy partners
  • Plan and organize a daily work schedule to call on existing and potential partners, conduct warm outreach to new partners, and respond to scaled marketing leads on an ongoing basis.

Basic Qualifications :

  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication, verbal and written, in English. Minimum 6-month internship in Marketing, Social Media, Sales, or a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Marketing, Social Media, or Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and independent thinker who is ready to take initiatives without constant supervision.
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience using social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with online advertising products; digital experience is a plus.
  • Good to excellent computer skills with technical expertise.
  • Professional skills: Excellent listening, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a solutions mindset and passion for customer experience.
  • Exceptional grammar, typing accuracy, and writing skills.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to overcome sales rebuttals.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise good judgment, and maintain dedication to continuous improvement.
  • Flexible, quick learner, able to adapt to evolving needs and identify areas for client improvement.
  • Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
