Mercor is seeking a Marketing Expert—Social Media for AI Agent Environments on a remote contract. You will design tasks, review AI agent outputs, and drive social media campaigns for a brand with advanced AI contexts.

The role requires hands-on experience running brand social accounts, comfort with Sprout Social, and strong written reasoning to evaluate performance and guide decision making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on practitioner experience running brand social accounts.
• Ability to use Sprout Social or similar social management platforms.
• Ability to read native analytics dashboards and extract insights.
• Excellent written reasoning skills.

• Design task briefs based on real social media work, identifying the planted issue and the decision a strong practitioner should reach.
• Specify documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states required for realistic task execution.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.

Must-Have

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
