The Role

  • Strategically plan our digital/social programmes for our brands
  • Develop creative earned media ideas to span across social and digital channels for new business pitches and client campaigns
  • Partner with clients to understand key objectives and success metrics -, provide feedback, strategic counsel and recommendations to meet business objectives
  • Help upskill colleagues by sharing industry insights, trends and trainings - and always be on hand to offer advice and counsel
  • Be proficient in planning organic and paid social and digital campaigns
  • Be responsible for overseeing all end of month and post-campaign analysis reporting
  • Ensuring profitability, as well as costing up and running social /digital budgets
  • Be innovative, and advise on creative ways to enhance campaign performance
  • Manage a test and learn' approach to all paid social activities
  • Be enthusiastic and proactive in handling a wide variety of work that will include a mix of retained accounts and short-term campaigns - and we pitch a lot!
