Job summary

UNIQLO in London is seeking a Social Media Project Co-ordinator to join the EU team. You will own UNIQLO's social channels, shaping content that resonates with audiences across platforms.

You will report to the EU Social Media Manager and work with internal departments and external suppliers to drive engagement, brand messaging, and commercial results at a EU level. Hybrid working with two days remote.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience managing social media channels, particularly TikTok.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
• Proven ability to create engaging, platform-native content.
• Excellent content planning, organisation and project management.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience briefing content production with creative teams.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights to improve performance.
• Collaborative approach across multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with influencers, creators and UGC.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and content optimisation tools.
• Understanding of ecommerce, customer journeys and conversion content.
• Passion for fashion, digital culture and emerging social trends.
