About the Role
We’re looking for aSocial Media & Practice Assistantto join us in-store and help grow our online presence in a way that reflects the refined, fashion-forward and human feel of our brand. This is a junior-level role, suited to someone early in their creative career — maybe a recent graduate — with a real passion for social media, a great eye, and a strong sense of how luxury brands speak and behave online.
While content creation and digital storytelling will be your main priority, you’ll also support the day-to-day running of the practice. Whether that’s greeting clients, packaging orders, or helping us keep track of new stock, you’ll be an essential part of a small, collaborative team.
This role requires working during all of our fixed practice opening hours.
Digital & Content Responsibilities
- Create visually engaging content for Instagram and TikTok (Reels, Stories, short-form video, photography)
- Film and photograph people, products, and in-store activity — confidently directing when needed
- Assist the business owner with video content — offering scripting support and creative direction
- Write captions, product features, and post copy in a tone that reflects our luxury but human brand voice
- Manage social media enquiries — responding professionally and helpfully in line with our client experience
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
- Plan and schedule content around launches, seasonal moments and key client interests
- Monitor performance and share insights to shape ongoing content strategy
- Help track and manage stock — so you can respond to enquiries accurately and create relevant content
Client-Facing & Practice Support
- Assist front-of-house by greeting and supporting clients during appointments
- Help package and dispatch online orders with care and precision
- Keep accurate, up-to-date records of our stock — knowing exactly what’s available in-store, what services we offer, and what we can source for clients
- Work closely with the Practice Manager (business owner) who will support your learning — we don’t expect you to know everything from day one, but a genuine interest and attention to detail here is essential
- Support the team to ensure all colleagues are fully informed about stock levels and availability, so we can deliver the highest level of service both in person and online
- Support the business owner and team with general daily tasks
- Learn our product offering so you can speak knowledgeably with both in-store and online clients
- Be a present, proactive and positive part of a small, specialist team
About You
- You might be a recent graduate or at the start of your career, looking to get hands-on experience in social media and luxury retail
- You’re passionate about fashion, design, or high-end brands — and want to be part of something beautifully curated
- You know your way around Instagram and TikTok, and understand what drives engagement
- You’re comfortable creating content and happy filming, photographing, and directing visuals
- You’re a clear, confident communicator — both in writing and in person
- You’re organised, dependable, and enjoy taking ownership
- You’re happy to support across different areas of the business and be flexible day-to-day
- You’re curious, eager to learn, and excited to grow alongside a fast-moving brand
Bonus Points (but not essential)
- Experience running or contributing to a social account (even your own)
- Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or other creative tools
- Customer-facing or boutique retail experience
- Understanding of analytics and reporting
