Job Description:

Do you have a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content for social media channels? Are you familiar with TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and traditional platforms? Can you confidently reply to DMs, comments, and feedback? Are you able to spot online trends and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment? If so, we would love to hear from you at East Sussex College.

This dynamic role offers variety and the opportunity to work on exciting projects. The position is based at our Eastbourne campus, with some travel to Hastings, Lewes, and Newhaven campuses as needed.

The full-time role involves creating content and managing campaigns across the College's social media and digital channels to engage stakeholders, build online communities, promote brand awareness, and raise the College's profile.

You should be digitally savvy, aware of social media algorithms, passionate about content creation, and eager to learn about building strong brand values. Supported by the Press and PR team and working closely with the Director of Marketing, you will develop and execute well-timed campaigns.

We're seeking a familiar social media user with some experience, enthusiastic, highly organized, flexible, and capable of delivering engaging content in written, image, and video formats.
