Are you a passionate and experienced Social Media Specialist looking to make a real impact within a well-established and loved B2C brand? This leading lifestyle brand, is seeking a creative and results-driven individual to join their dynamic marketing team in Nottingham.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across all key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest) in line with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging, high-quality, and original content (written, visual, video) that resonates with the target audience and drives interaction.
• Manage the day-to-day running of social media channels, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and on-brand manner.
• Monitor social media trends, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of the curve with emerging platforms and best practices.
• Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to ensure social media activity is integrated with the overall brand strategy and campaigns.
• Uphold and champion the brand voice and visual identity across all social touchpoints.
• Manage and grow online communities, fostering brand advocacy and loyalty.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Executive, or similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative flair with experience in creating visually appealing content
• Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
• A genuine passion for brand marketing and understanding consumer behaviour.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Crucially, you must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham and be able to work from the Nottingham office.
