Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create compelling content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with our brand tone and voice
  • Monitor SEO metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance and rankings
  • Grow and manage our online community, driving engagement, and responding to inquiries and feedback
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and refine strategies based on insights
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, SEO best practices, social media trends, and competitor activity to ensure we stand out in the market
  • Support additional marketing activities, including email campaigns, newsletters, and blog content, as needed

Skills and experience:

  • Experience in social media management and digital marketing, ideally in real estate, tech, or related fields
  • Skilled in content creation with a keen eye for aesthetics and audience engagement
  • Strong analytical skills to assess campaign and SEO performance for continuous improvement
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to capture the company’s voice

Additional benefits include:
