Alexa Brand Marketing team is looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed and passionate marketeer to help drive voice assistant growth by connecting new and existing Alexa customers to the most relevant features and functionalities.

We're looking for a social media manager with experience in paid social operations across EU5. This individual will lead activation of paid social campaigns across key social media platforms - YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok - handling launch, optimization, and reporting. This individual should have a proven track record managing multiple stakeholders (both internal & agency) and integrated campaigns end to end.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with significant ambiguity, have strong ownership, can work successfully across global teams (internal & agency), and have a good sense of metric-based decision making. You will need to be highly organized, analytical, able to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment. You should also be comfortable guiding partner teams on social best practices in order to improve performance and processes, communicating clearly and persuasively.

Key job responsibilities
• Own EU social marketing content calendar creation and management, as well as communication and partnership with internal teams such as PR, Product Marketing and wider Brand team.
• Lead the end-to-end management of paid social media campaigns, from strategy to implementation and reporting (ideally familiar with Sprinklr)
• Offer insights and data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with wider agency teams on campaign planning, activation, and performance reporting.
• Adopt a test-and-learn approach, experimenting with new products, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
• Drive best practices to maximise campaign impact and continuously optimize for performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Multiple years of experience in social media marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- Experience working with external marketing agencies
- Experience managing & running paid social media campaigns
- Experience with digital content management platforms (e.g. Sprinklr)
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, ability to impact outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in German, French, Spanish or Italian is a plus
