Salary: £28000 to £33000 depending on experience

We’re Pawsome Paws Boutique, a premium dog accessory brand with big plans. You’ve probably seen us in retailers up and down the country, including Pets at Home and John Lewis, or on your Instagram feed. We create standout products, including official Disney collections, and have built a loyal community of dogs and their humans.

We’re looking for someone creative, hands-on and results-driven to take our social media and marketing to the next level.

What you'll be doing

• Leading our social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook

• Creating content with our design and content team

• Managing influencer collabs and our brand rep programme

• Tracking performance and spotting opportunities to grow

• Working with our ad agency on campaign direction and creative

• Supporting new launches, retail partnerships and events

• Bringing fresh ideas to keep our community engaged

• Being active on Instagram and TikTok, understanding trends and what gets traction

• Adapting to flexible hours when needed, especially around launches or evening reveals

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in a social or marketing role, ideally in ecomm, fashion, pet or lifestyle

• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo and TikTok Shop

• A good eye for content and what performs

• Comfortable on camera or confident directing others

• Someone who lives and breathes social and gets how to keep a brand relevant

• A confident communicator who’s organised and proactive
