This is a strategic and hands-on role suited to a digital marketing professional with experience in the clinical skincare or health & wellness sector. You will be responsible for shaping and leading Villa’s content across social platforms, digital campaigns, and web communications, ensuring alignment with our science-led brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a consistent social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)

• Create engaging, educational content that reflects our expertise in medical-grade skincare

• Plan and manage targeted digital campaigns to grow brand awareness and client engagement

• Advise on and contribute to broader marketing efforts including email, seasonal campaigns, and content on www.villaskincare.com

• Offer consultancy on brand development, online visibility, and marketing growth strategy

• Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on performance insights

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing social and digital marketing in a relevant sector (skincare, dermatology, wellness, clinical aesthetics)

• A strong understanding of science-led skincare communication

• Experience with visual tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe, basic video editing)

• Excellent written English with a tone suitable for a professional, health-conscious audience

• Strategic thinking with the ability to work independently and proactively
