Social Media & Marketing Executive

Salary: Up to £30,000

COREcruitment is working with a fantastic leisure business with multiple sites across Wales! They are recruiting for a passionate Social Media & Marketing Executive to join their forward-thinking Marketing Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in elevating their online presence!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Social Media Manager in devising and implementing creative and engaging content strategies across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
• Discover compelling content at various sites and interact with the public to foster advocacy.
• Create original, imaginative content ranging from light-hearted to impactful messages.
• Manage the Influencer Strategy by reaching out to and hosting influencers and media representatives.
• Support Social Media Champions at sites in publishing content on Facebook pages.
• Stay updated on social media trends and compile reports on discoveries.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to review and propose new social media strategies.
• Edit videos and photos for social media channels.
• Organize photoshoots, events, and collaboration opportunities.
• Contribute to copywriting tasks, including sales materials, emails, blogs, and internal communications.
• Manage the company blog with SEO-optimized content.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in a Social Media/Marketing Executive role or similar.
• Understanding of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in social media analytics and management tools.
• Experience in content creation and copywriting for social media.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
