Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media, Marketing and Office Admin Assistant to lead our digital engagement strategy. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing high-performing content across social media (instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn) and email channels to increase brand awareness, engage our community, and drive measurable growth. We are also looking for help as an office administrator and organisation regarding any photoshoots and events.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Marketing (40%)

• Develop and implement a cross-platform social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

• Create and schedule engaging content (images, videos, captions, stories, reels)

• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner

• Collaborate with influencers, partners, and internal teams for campaigns

• Track performance using analytics tools and optimise content accordingly

• Stay updated on social trends and best practices

• Organise photoshoots and events

Email Marketing (20%)

• Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, automation workflows)

• Write and edit engaging email copy and subject lines

• Build and segment email lists for targeted campaigns

• Monitor key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and conduct A/B testing

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email best practices

• Work with CRM and ESP tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Office Admin (40%)

• Manage emails, letters, and other correspondence

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas

• Help in coordinating events and photoshoots
