Windsor Forest Colleges Group is recruiting an Apprentice Social Media & Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team. The role is based at Slough & Langley College campus with occasional travel to other sites and an 18-month fixed-term contract.

Salary is £24,521.29 per year, with a fully funded Level 3 Business Administrator qualification. You will create engaging content, manage calendars, collate campaign data and support events such as Open Days, while developing practical marketing

• Proactive attitude and passion for representing the College.
• Interest in learning new tools and collaborating with staff and students.

Role Description

If you love creating content and want real marketing experience, this role puts you at the heart of our campus storytelling. You will:

• Capture real moments on ground, produce photo and video content, run content calendars and track channel engagement across our social platforms.
• Coordinate event logistics for Open Days, manage digital assets, and support core team operations and campaign data.

This role is based at our Slough & Langley College campus, but you may be required to travel to other college sites as part of your daily responsibilities. We seek someone with creative initiative, visual storytelling ideas, tech confidence, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail.
