Job summary

The Fix Creative Ltd is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to own multi-channel campaigns for a diverse client portfolio. You will shape strategy, craft standout content, and drive performance while mentoring two direct reports.

You’ll manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and X, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable results and growth for the agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years agency-side social media experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-platform campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
• Experience with paid and organic social on major platforms.
• Experience managing client relationships and presenting ideas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver social media strategies for multiple accounts.
• Present content plans and campaign performance to clients.
• Lead and mentor two junior team members.
• Oversee reporting across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and others.
• Review and approve social content ensuring brand alignment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social into broader marketing.
• Stay ahead of platform trends and opportunities.
