Job Description
Role: Social Media Manager focusing on our Running category and Seasonal Sports. Collaborate with creative strategists and handle the following responsibilities:
- Build social plans and schedules using our tools for team visibility.
- Create engaging copy to capture attention.
- Manage online community, respond to comments, and participate in discussions.
- Monitor social channels daily, analyze competitors, and share insights.
- Identify trends, hashtags, and participate in relevant conversations.
- Utilize existing content and generate new ideas for content creation.
- Establish our brand’s tone of voice according to our evolving brand positioning.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams for content briefs and shoots.
- Attend events to capture content, including being on camera if needed.
- Provide analytical reports demonstrating your impact.
- Work with paid media teams on campaigns and content distribution.
- Travel nationally and internationally as required.
Qualifications
- Strong organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail in creative and copywriting aspects.
- Ability to translate brand direction into engaging content.
- Understanding of cultural insights and social media engagement.
- Data analysis skills to inform creative strategies.
- Facilitation skills for workshops and creative sprints.
- Ability to create inspiring creative briefs.
- An interest in Running is a plus.
