As Social Media Manager for our hero products - The 1% Diary, Conversation Cards etc. - you’ll be responsible for turning brand equity into real-world impact through smart, social-first storytelling.
You’ll drive brand visibility, deepen community connection, and ultimately convert attention into action through creative campaigns, original content, and a deep understanding of culture. This is a role for someone who knows how to build a brand online, and understands that community is currency, content drives commerce, and attention must be earned daily.
Social-First Thinking – You understand the nuance of growing products through storytelling, influence, and platform-native content.
Ecommerce Awareness – You’ve worked on DTC or consumer brands and understand how to balance content with conversion.
Cultural Awareness – You keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending, what’s relevant, and what makes people stop scrolling.
Creative Instincts – You bring fresh ideas to the table and know what makes something resonate visually and emotionally.
Executional Speed – You can work fast, react in real-time, and move from concept to publish without losing quality.
AI-Enhanced Workflow – You use AI tools to improve efficiency, scale content, and sharpen creative output.
Collaborative Mindset – You work cross-functionally to bring campaigns to life — across marketing, design, content, and performance.
Within 6–12 months, you’ll have built a thriving social ecosystem around our core products, with:

Phone Call with the Talent Team - You will share a call with our talent team who will answer any questions you have about the role, our business and any next steps.
1st Interview - This first stage will involve meeting your potential manager and team members.
2nd Stage Interview - Task - Through the task round you get an insight into the day to day responsibilities of the role and we get the opportunity to understand how you work.
Final Stage Interview - The final interview involves meeting a Senior Stakeholder in the business.
