A leading media organization in the UK is seeking a Social Media Manager to connect with global audiences through creative content. You will create engaging videos, attend live events, and deliver training workshops. The ideal candidate is data-savvy and has experience in managing busy social media accounts. This hybrid position offers a competitive benefits package and a supportive work environment.
At BFBS we bring the stories of the global Armed Forces community to life through bold, award-winning campaigns. From TikTok reels and live streams to training programmes that give others the tools to shine online, our team thrives on creativity, collaboration and making a real impact.
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll shape how BFBS connects with audiences around the world. One week you might be creating scroll-stopping videos or experimenting with the latest platform features. The next, you could be at a live event in the UK or overseas, capturing moments that matter and sharing them with millions. You’ll also play a key role in our Social Media Specialist programme, delivering workshops and training that build confidence and digital skills in others.
This is a hybrid role with time split between home working, our London Victoria or Chalfont offices, and travel to client sites and events. Some evenings and weekends may be needed when you’re on the ground covering live moments.
If you’re a creative and data-savvy social media professional who knows how to grow and manage busy accounts - we’d love to hear from you.
At BFBS you’ll work on campaigns with a truly global reach, travel to capture stories first-hand, and meet incredible people across the Forces community. You’ll join a supportive, award-winning team where fresh ideas are encouraged and you’re trusted to be truly creative.
