We are looking for an experienced and talented Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team. You will be responsible for managing all Scotsman Hospitality venue’s social media channels.

The Role:

  • Achieve KPIs such as growing followers, increasing interactions, and boosting pre-booked sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with venue operations, in-house photographer/videographer to produce high-quality content, and develop strategies to enhance social media reach.
  • Create and implement social media plans with visual appeal, working with the design team on templated artwork.
  • Plan and oversee photography and videography sessions, ensuring content quality.
  • Expand TikTok presence, monitoring content and providing training/support.
  • Generate fresh ideas for content, nights, Instagram moments, and customer experiences.
  • Assist with key projects like Influencer Marketing and Competitions, ensuring successful implementation.

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in marketing, communication, business, or similar (preferred but not essential depending on experience).
  • Understanding of hospitality marketing, trends, and tools.
  • Deep knowledge of social media marketing, especially Instagram and TikTok, including best practices and features like reels, polls, swipe-ups.
  • Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos.
  • Experience with graphics tools like Canva is beneficial.
  • Confidence in social outreach, including engaging with customers and influencers.
