The Social Media and Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies for all SNAP brands. This role is pivotal in enhancing the online presence of SNAP, Intruck, and A&S by creating innovative content and fostering engagement with audiences. By aligning social media strategies with brand objectives, they ensure consistent messaging, increase brand awareness, and support overall business growth.
Through collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging insights from analytics, this role helps refine social media strategies to meet evolving audience preferences and trends. Their efforts directly contribute to building brand loyalty and driving community engagement, positioning the company as a leader in the haulage industry.

Proven experience in managing social media for multiple brands, demonstrating the ability to balance differing tones, audiences, and objectives effectively across Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
Strong technical skills in using social media platforms, content creation tools, and analytics software to create engaging, data-driven strategies.
Expertise in user-generated content (UGC) and employee-generated content (EGC), with a track record of fostering authentic engagement.
A deep understanding of emerging trends, platform-specific best practices, and audience behaviour to keep content fresh and relevant.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, engage stakeholders, and build meaningful relationships with partners and sponsors.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and use insights to refine strategies, demonstrating measurable impact on brand visibility and engagement.
A highly creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and an innovative approach to social media.
