Job Title: Social Media Manager

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of a financial service client's social and content strategy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand identity and target audiences.
  2. Manage the monthly social calendar, incorporating new themes and ideas, and maturing existing strategies.
  3. Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across social media channels and digital platforms.
  4. Monitor social media performance using analytics tools; adjust strategies to optimize results.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  6. Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  7. Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
  8. Explore new channels and tools to enhance engagement and efficiency.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in social media marketing, preferably within investment or financial services.
  2. Proficiency with Sprinklr or similar social media management tools; experience with Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads preferred.
  3. Experience with consumer insights tools like Kantar's TGI is desirable.
  4. A passion for exploring the latest social media and digital trends.
