What we’re looking for…

We need a Social Media Manager to lead the strategic development and execution of social media initiatives for our brands, including IRN-BRU, Rubicon, KA, and Barr. You will define impactful social content strategies, ensure a strong online presence, and maximize brand impact through resonant content, community management, and ROI-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and oversee social content strategies across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
  • Manage community growth initiatives and influencer partnerships, establishing clear TOV guidelines.
  • Analyze performance metrics, define KPIs, and optimize paid social campaigns for conversion and ROI.
  • Manage social media budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for successful campaign execution.
What you’ll bring…
  • Proven experience in social media, preferably within FMCG, with 2+ years in marketing roles.
  • Hands-on experience with social platforms, scheduling tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Buffer), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok).
  • Strong skills in multimedia content creation, video editing, and proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Canva.
  • Analytical skills to interpret trends, optimize content, and analyze competitor activity.
  • Self-starter attitude, able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Creative mindset focused on brand building and consumer engagement, including Gen Z.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, paid advertising, and emerging tech like AI and ML.
