As Social Media Manager, you willshape how our global community experiences COS online - through thoughtful content, innovative campaigns, and a consistent, elevated presence across all platforms.

  • Develop and execute a global organic social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Oversee the social media calendar and content creation, ensuring platform-native, on-brand storytelling.
  • Translate seasonal themes into content briefs and collaborate with creative teams on social-first assets.
  • Manage the social media budget, allocating spend strategically across contentproduction and boosting ads.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to amplify key brand moments and runway shows.
  • Commission and co-create content with VIPs and collaborators that reflect the brand’s voice.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring tone of voice follows brand guidelines.
  • Monitor performance analytics and use insights to guide content strategy and optimisation.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and maintain strong relationships with social media partners.

  • Highly strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the luxury sector and digital trends.
  • Experience managing a small, multi-disciplinary team.
  • Excellent prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and align with key partners and stakeholders.

This is aFull time Temporary 12 months contractbased at our Head Office in London to start around December.
