Social Media Manager

Location: Stoke-on-Trent (minimum three days in the office per week)

Are you ready to transform organic social media into a powerful driver of brand growth and engagement? We’re searching for a hands-on, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to join a high-growth consumer brand, where you’ll play a key role in building awareness, community, and trust across multiple platforms.

Working closely with a talented in-house marketing team, you’ll take ownership of our organic social channels, driving standout storytelling, campaigns, and influencer activity that ultimately supports lead generation and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the organic social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create and implement platform-specific content plans to grow reach, engagement and followers.
  • Partner with our videographer and designer to brief and deliver engaging, high-quality content.
  • Champion creative storytelling — from patient journeys and expert insights to behind-the-scenes moments.
  • Manage influencer relationships, collaborations, and PR opportunities.
  • Take ownership of community management and day-to-day engagement.
  • Track performance across KPIs, share insights, and adjust strategies to optimise results.
  • Lead on cross-channel campaigns and seasonal content calendars.
  • Support employer brand visibility with engaging LinkedIn content.

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience managing organic social for a consumer brand (ideally health, beauty, or wellness).
  • Proven ability to deliver engagement and growth across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience working with influencers and campaign planning is desirable.
  • Highly organised, data-savvy, and able to work independently.
  • A creative, ideas-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to nationwide sites (expenses covered).
