Ryan Donnelly Automotive is a prestige, performance, and classic car dealership based in Portglenone. Founded in 2020, Operating from our premium indoor showroom, we’re now looking to shift gears and build a stronger online presence.
We’re hiring a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and grow our brand across all platforms. If you love content, cars, and bringing fresh ideas to the table — this is your role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead engaging, data-driven social media strategies tailored to our business.
Photograph and film new car stock — delivering clean, exciting, high-impact content.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our channels: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn (and others).
Adapt content across platforms: short-form reels, long-form videos, posts, stories, and more.
Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content using relevant tools.
Design or outsource multimedia content (graphics, reels, thumbnails, etc.).
Monitor performance and deliver bi-weekly reports to senior management.
Research audience behaviour, platform trends, and competitor activity.
Set and track goals to grow engagement, reach, and lead generation.
Recommend strategies and improvements based on performance insights.
Qualifications & Tools
We’re looking for someone with a mix of creative flair, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience. To thrive in this role, you should have:
Key Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing business social media accounts.
Strong portfolio of photography, video, and social media content.
Proven ability to grow social channels, increase engagement, and deliver results.
Experience developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms.
Excellent written and visual communication skills with a sharp eye for detail.
A self-starter mindset — confident bringing ideas forward and leading initiatives.
A passion for cars, automotive culture, or luxury lifestyle content (preferred but not essential).
Content Creation & Design
Canva (must-have for quick design work)
CapCut / InShot (for editing reels and short-form content)
VSCO / Snapseed (for clean photo edits)
Scheduling & Management
Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite (for planning and scheduling content)
Creator Studio (for Facebook & Instagram posting and insights)
Analytics & Reporting
Meta Insights (FB/IG)
Google Analytics (website traffic via social)
Bonus if you have:
Experience with paid ad campaigns on Facebook or Instagram
SEO knowledge for YouTube and social bios
CRM experience or interest in lead generation integration (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho)
Drone or advanced videography skills to showcase our premium stock
