Social Media Manager / Marketing Executive

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager / Marketing Executive to join our team in Manchester and help us take our brand to the next level.

The Role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, impactful social media and digital content that excites our audience and strengthens our brand. You’ll also support video and podcast production and play a key role in our events marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies to grow brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Manage and grow social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Produce engaging visual content, including photography and videography.
• Monitor social channels for trends, opportunities, and audience feedback.
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns and inform strategy.
• Manage production of our ‘Changing the Perception of Sales’ podcast.
• Promote and support our ‘Sales Edge’ events (both in-person and online).
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align content with company growth goals.
• Run campaigns to generate leads and attract both candidates and clients.
• Create graphics, marketing materials, and other branded assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and communications.
• Take initiative in developing and testing innovative marketing strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and passionate about building a brand through digital marketing.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in social media management and brand growth.
• A proven track record of creating high-quality video and photo content.
• Strong video editing and design skills.
• Experience with podcast production (preferred, but not essential).
• Experience promoting live events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative, self-starting approach and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
