A rare opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead content creation and digital strategy for one of the UK's most prestigious luxury jewellers.

Based full-time in our elegant London Office, the Social Media Manager will play a vital role in building brand awareness, growing our online community, and creating engaging content across all major platforms. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone with a refined visual eye and strong instincts for luxury storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

As Social Media Manager, You Will

  • Own and implement the social media content strategy, aligned with key campaigns and seasonal moments.
  • Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, including reels, in-store moments, and brand-aligned visuals.
  • Respond to community engagement, including comments, DMs, tags, and mentions.
  • Proactively grow audience size and engagement by identifying new content formats, influencer collaborations, and platform features.
  • Monitor platform trends and make recommendations for expansion into emerging channels (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat).
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay on top of digital innovation within the luxury sector.
  • Work closely with PR on ambassador and influencer content creation.
  • Manage paid boosting strategies and support content performance through targeted promotions.
  • Support the wider marketing team with creative input and graphic content where required.
  • Ensure all published content meets brand, tone, and security standards.

What We're Looking For
