London Office, the Social Media Manager will play a vital role in building brand awareness, growing our online community, and creating engaging content across all major platforms. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone with a refined visual eye and strong instincts for luxury storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
As Social Media Manager, You Will
- Own and implement the social media content strategy, aligned with key campaigns and seasonal moments.
- Plan, create, and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, including reels, in-store moments, and brand-aligned visuals.
- Respond to community engagement, including comments, DMs, tags, and mentions.
- Proactively grow audience size and engagement by identifying new content formats, influencer collaborations, and platform features.
- Monitor platform trends and make recommendations for expansion into emerging channels (e.g., TikTok, Snapchat).
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay on top of digital innovation within the luxury sector.
- Work closely with PR on ambassador and influencer content creation.
- Manage paid boosting strategies and support content performance through targeted promotions.
- Support the wider marketing team with creative input and graphic content where required.
- Ensure all published content meets brand, tone, and security standards.
What We're Looking For
To Succeed As Our Social Media Manager, You'll Need
- At least 3 years of experience managing social media for a luxury, lifestyle, or premium retail brand.
- Confidence in creating original content, both written and visual, including photography and short-form video.
- A deep understanding of platform trends, analytics, and optimisation.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills, with a polished and consistent brand tone.
- The ability to work independently, while also collaborating closely with internal marketing and creative teams.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and proactive mindset.
