Leipzip/Berlin/Remote – must be based in Germany with fluency in German.

Salt have partnered with a popular online pharmacy based in Germany. They offer a wide range of pharmaceutical products including prescriptions and over-the-counter medicine, as well as supplements and skincare products. My client is looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join the team. You’ll be working on organic and paid social media tasks across two different brands, that work hand in hand.

The Role:

· Take full ownership of the social media strategy across paid and organic.

· Initially oversee a paid media agency with the view to bring this in-house.

· Plan, schedule and post social media campaigns across multiple social media channels including Instagram, facebook and TikTok.

· Build and nurture a community, creating discussions and buzz around the brand.

· Monitor trends in the social space and implement into brand strategy.

· Manage and build influencer network and initiate partnerships with relevant people and brands.

The Person:

· A degree in Media, Communications, or Business, or other relevant qualification.

· 3-5 years experience in social media management

· Some experience in healthcare or pharma would be a plus

· Creative with an analytical and growth mindset.

· Proficiency using Ads/Business Manager and Google Analytics.

· Native or fluency in German, with good English skills.
