As a social media manager for one of the UK's fastest growing music communities, you will be central to audience growth and marketing. We have 200K+ followers but that's just the beginning and we plan to accelerate our growth quickly. So if you have proven experience scaling and engaging social media audiences, particularly in a community context, love music and specifically love R&B / Soul, this role could be for you.

About you:

• Full of ideas & able to execute them fast
• Understand the social landscape well, especially Instagram & TikTok
• Demonstrable experience creating short-form video content for socials
• Strong visual eye and use video tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe etc.) like a PRO
• Ideally comfortable being on-camera for social videos with experience doing so
• Have a passion for music, particularly R&B/Soul
