The Challenge

Own the entire social machine: strategy → production → distribution → growth. Partner with our veteran video editor, shape the narrative, drive traffic with smart SEO, forge affiliate and influencer ties, and mine the data for the next viral insight.

What You’ll Tackle

• Map a 90-day content roadmap that ladders up to brand and revenue goals.
• Spin raw podcast footage into long-form episodes, trailers, shorts, and UGC-ready snippets.
• Craft magnetic titles, thumbnails, captions, and meta tags that sound like the founder and rank on search.
• Schedule, optimise, and A/B-test across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Build and manage affiliate, influencer, and partner campaigns that amplify reach.
• Dive into comments, spark conversation, and feed insights back into the next sprint.

Must-Haves

• Personal-brand builder: You’ve already scaled a founder or exec’s social presence to 100 k+ followers (or equivalent engagement).
• Platform growth pro: Demonstrated audience growth on at least two of YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• World-class content portfolio, video and written, show us shorts, long-form, and blog/email work that performed.
• High-end production eye: fluent in lighting, audio, pacing, and post workflows; can brief editors and spot-fix issues.
• Short-form storytelling chops: first-three-seconds magic is second nature.
• Digital-marketing & SEO savvy: keyword research, on-page optimisation, and analytics to drive discoverability.
• Affiliate & influencer experience: you’ve launched and managed programs or partnerships that delivered measurable growth.
• UGC wizardry: proven track record creating or curating viral user-generated content campaigns.

Bonus Points

• Passion for tech, deep science, space, or startups.
• Familiarity with podcast ecosystems (Spotify for Podcasters, YouTube Podcasts, Riverside, etc.).
• Motion-graphics or design skills for on-the-fly tweaks (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Figma).
