Sneaker Buddy is on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who knows how to create engaging content and build a real community around it. If you're a social-native who loves sneakers, understands culture, and knows how to connect with people online — this one's for you.

This role is all about growing our presence on TikTok and Instagram through creative content, consistent storytelling, and community-first thinking. You’ll be our go-to for both social strategy and day-to-day execution — bringing the Sneaker Buddy brand to life online.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Owning Sneaker Buddy’s presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Creating and editing high-performing short-form video content (UGC-style, trends, storytelling)
• Engaging with our community daily — replying to DMs, comments, and nurturing two-way conversations
• Planning and managing the social content calendar to stay ahead of trends, launches, and key cultural moments
• Spotting creator collaborations, partnerships, and ambassador opportunities to grow our reach
• Writing compelling captions and micro-stories that bring the brand to life
• Running weekly reporting on growth, content performance, and audience insights
• Supporting campaign and product launches with strong content rollouts

Who You Are:

• A creative thinker with real experience managing social channels and making content
• Skilled in filming and editing for TikTok & Reels using tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe
• Genuinely passionate about sneakers, culture, and community building
• Confident being the brand’s voice online — friendly, witty, and engaging
• Organised and proactive, with strong planning and scheduling habits
• Able to work independently while collaborating across marketing and content teams
• Bonus: experience with influencer marketing or ambassador programmes
