As we scale, we’re investing in our team to keep pushing the boundaries of what a fitness brand can be and we’re now looking for a Social Media Manager who’s ready to play a key part in that growth.

This role is ideal for someone with creative executional flair, a passion for content creation, and a deep understanding of what drives engagement across platforms like TikTok and Instagram. You’ll be joining a small but mighty team where your ideas matter and your output will have an immediate impact.

About The Role

Content Creation & Execution

  • Be the brain and hands behind daily content across TikTok, Instagram (main and sub-channels), and potentially YouTube Shorts
  • Create short-form video content using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro/Spark — you’ll edit, stylise, and optimise for performance Produce content that feels fresh, raw, and native to the platform — think workouts, behind-the-scenes, founder clips, voiceovers, product drops, and sound trends Help bring new product and brand moments to life with original content that connects and converts

Social Media Management

  • Own and execute the posting schedule, making sure STRNG shows up daily and with purpose Respond and engage with our community — this isn’t about “customer service”; it’s about building trust and vibe
  • Monitor content performance and make quick, data-backed calls on what’s working and what needs tweaking
  • Collaborate with the founders and wider team on upcoming launches, campaigns, and founder-led moments

Trend Spotting & Growth Strategy

  • Stay plugged into TikTok and Reels trends — what’s hot, what’s next, and how we can make it our own
  • Come with new ideas weekly to keep the content fresh and dynamic
  • Work closely with other creative and marketing team members to bring campaign energy to socials in real-time

Success In 6 Months:

  • You’ve mastered the STRNG tone, voice, and energy and made it your playground
  • Our feed is moving fast, staying relevant, and driving real community conversation
  • You’ve delivered multiple high-performing videos with strong engagement and growth
  • You’ve built strong content systems that keep everything flowing efficiently

Success In 24 Months:

  • STRNG is widely recognised as a leader in wellness content and social-first storytelling
  • Our following has grown significantly, particularly on TikTok and Instagram Reels
  • You've been instrumental in launch moments and viral campaigns
  • Your creative ideas have helped evolve STRNG’s content from strong to iconic

About You

  • You’ve got 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing social for a brand (or you’ve built your own personal brand from the ground up)
  • You’re confident using CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro/Spark
  • You live and breathe fitness, wellness, or lifestyle content.
  • You can write a great caption, film a trending skit, and throw together a killer edit
  • You’re proactive, ideas-led, and don’t wait to be told what to do - you bring the energy
  • You’re agile, collaborative, and cool under pressure - we move fast, and you’re good with that
