The opportunity

Quantexa is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team. The role will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring Quantexa's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive audience engagement. This includes staying on top of all new digital trends to ensure we follow best practices and continuously optimize channels for growth.

The Social Media Manager will partner with our broader Marketing team to regularly identify relevant content to promote across social channels. The role will be working within a transformative Corporate Marketing Team tasked with pushing the boundaries and using its creative knowledge to help translate key corporate messages into content that drives engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, implement, and execute against social media strategies that align with the broader corporate objectives to increase Quantexa's brand awareness and engagement.
  • Set measurable goals and specific objectives for social campaigns, track performance on a regular cadence.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and EOY reports on performance vs benchmarks, including industry insights, competitor analysis, and recommendations.
  • Create, curate, and manage a cross-platform engagement plan that includes a high-quality content calendar.
  • Manage and deliver against the social media calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns with maximum impact.
  • Partner with the creative, content, campaign, and field teams in the development of social campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate and provide support in the implementation and optimization of paid social media campaigns across various social platforms.
  • Own and advance internal employee advocacy program and provide relevant posts for our advocates to promote.
  • Support executives with social media content production and management to build their personal brand on LinkedIn.

Requirements

What you'll bring.

  • Experience in Marketing, with a background in social media in a B2B technology/SaaS company.
  • Comfortable working within different digital solutions/systems, experience with social media management tools and employee advocacy solutions (Oktopost).
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling, shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for experimentation, innovation, and pushing boundaries.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly analytical mindset, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to critically evaluate ideas and information using reports and related apps.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to curate engaging content through storytelling.
